Betsoft Gaming secures Best Slot Provider gong at 2018 Starlet Awards

Celebration time for Betsoft Gaming as it celebrates a hat-trick of industry recognition in 2018

The 2018 Starlet Awards, operated by 5 Star iGaming Media, is designed to showcase the leading brands working the B2B iGaming chain. It’s a chance to celebrate innovation, success and business ethics and Betsoft Gaming was one of the ceremony’s biggest winners, bagging the Best Slot Provider award in what was one of the most hotly-contested categories. Some 15 of the biggest slot providers in the iGaming industry were nominated for the award, with Betsoft coming out on top in a significant vote of confidence in the company.

The output of Betsoft’s developers, graphic artists and 3D animators has always been well-received by iGaming operators in regulated iGaming markets. According to Betsoft’s marketing director, Annamaria Anastasi, the company “took the time to focus on developing proprietary technologies and recruiting the best in-house talent” to ensure its longevity in providing audio-visual excellence for iGamers.

Betsoft Gaming has been a staple iGaming software developer at many of the top rated iGaming platformsfor several years now and is showing no signs of slowing down its innovations. In fact, its roster of iGaming products is now available at more than 500 iGaming sites worldwide. It was in 2016 when Betsoft attempted to steal a march on its competitors by launching its own exclusive Shift platform, designed to leverage the company’s expertise in HTML5 development. As the iGaming industry took some time to migrate away from Flash-based video slots, Betsoft built a brand-new framework upon which all of its new iGaming titles could operate freely, providing a truly responsive online casino experience on all devices.

Betsoft Gaming is one of the leading iGaming software developers to release a range of iGaming titles built specifically for gameplay on smartphone and tablet devices. Its ToGo slots portfolio took the industry by storm, with games built especially for mobile handsets operated by iOS and Android systems. Betsoft’s most successful desktop iGaming titles were remastered especially for their new ToGo portfolio, allowing mobile gamers to enjoy the same high-definition and cinematic visuals and audio as they would on a desktop PC.

The company’s Slots3 range of desktop iGaming titles were what really set them apart from other iGaming development studios. With rich, vivid animations that look like they belong in a state-of-the-art video games console, Betsoft is partly responsible for bringing online casino action into the 21stcentury.

It’s not the first time that Betsoft has been accredited for the quality of its iGaming software this year. At the Malta iGaming Excellence Awards (MIGEA) 2018, the company was named Best Casino Supplier of the year, further cementing the brand as one of the industry’s premier content providers. To gain recognition in Malta, which is home to one of the world’s largest iGaming hubs, is not to be sniffed at. The MIGEA judges spoke highly of Betsoft’s willingness to evolve and develop forward-thinking platforms and frameworks for their games to operate in state-of-the-art environments.

Furthermore, Betsoft was a winner in the Far East earlier this year too. The G2E Asia Awards named the company as the Best B2B Digital Platform and Software Solution, acknowledging the company’s unrivalled platform for the iGaming sector even in the highly competitive Asian markets.

So, what’s next for Betsoft and its team? Their marquee new release for iGaming operators is likely to be Max Quest: Wrath of Ra, which is being promoted throughout Europe at present. It is said to be the closest a video slot has ever got to recreating the immersive gameplay of a console video game, which Betsoft has dubbed “the dawn of an entirely new kind of RNG gaming”. In terms of its animative features, this role-playing action adventure slot brings iGamers face-to-face with terrifying mummies and creepy scarab beetles. Never before has an online slot featured role-playing action, with iGamers required to team up with AI and other players to fend off the Wrath of Ra and its supernatural enemies to earn XP. It’s certainly a title that could find its way into land-based casinostoo.

For iGamers that want to find a software developer that’s driven to design and develop console gaming with real money to be won, Betsoft Gaming is exactly that studio. With significant fanfare surrounding the first official trailer of Wrath of Ra, it’s almost certain that Betsoft will be walking up to the awards ceremony podiums next year to toast what is likely to be named the Slot Game of the Year.
